the famed hal higdon builds flexibility into his training schedules, so much so, that if you don't carefully track your runs, you may find you have absolutely no idea where you fall on the long distance running endurance development timeline. my method of Crossing Off Runs on Printed Schedule Tacked to Office Wall seemed like a good one... that is if i had bothered to cross of the runs i'd done. so after some intense calculation/deliberation/denialation i've come to the conclusion that we are in week 8, hence expected to run 8 miles this weekend.
please tell me this isn't true!!!
given that my july 4th plans consist of bbq'ing and lazing on the beach...would be very pleased to learn otherwise... cube/croat??
